These terms and conditions apply to all transactions made online or via email / phone / fax. By using or browsing this website it appears that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions and any other proposed rules that are applicable to the services we provide.

If you reject some or all of the Terms and Conditions shall not use this site to make purchases.

Personal Data

Ecoescolhas not disclose customers' personal data to third parties.

 

Shipping

Costs are not included in delivery price of the product being presented to the customer when ordering. The Ecoescolhas undertakes to ship the products ordered in reasonable time, usually 1-5 business days (depending on the availability of the product), or, with prior authorization of the client, change an order for other products if they are not available those who were ordered by the customer. Shipments to the mainland are made in the registered mail service or express and have the following costs:

 - Up to 500gr - € 3.50 via Registered in Hand; € 4.50 via Express

- between 500gr and 5kg - € 4.50 via Express

- Between 5 and 15 kg - € 6.00 via Express

Shipments to the islands are priced as follows:

- 500gm - € 3.50 via Registered in Hand

- Between 500gr and 2kg - € 5.00 via Registered in Hand

- Between 2 and 5 kg - 7.50 € via Quick National

- Between 5 and 10kg - € 13.00 via Quick National

Orders with Payment on Reimbursement:

- Up to 2kg - € 5.00 € 7.00 via Registered or via Express

- Above 2kg - € 7.00 via Express

- Islands - € 5.00 to € 13.00 or 2kg 2kg above

The Ecoescolhas accept orders sent to the collection, but reserves the right not to send orders to the collection of values exceed € 100.00. To make this service will be compulsory to send the telephone number for the customer. The Ecoescolhas reserves the right to refuse to perform this service when there is suspicion of failure by the customer. Submission to the collection are charged with a small additional charge of transport.

The orders

Ecoescolhas is not responsible for errors or omissions caused by information that has not been supplied correctly.

If an order is returned by information that the customer has provided incorrect, it is responsible for the postage of sending this order.

If the customer decides to cancel it, it is responsible for paying the postage of the first shipment.

Purchase Terms

All products sold on this site are subject to the availability in stock and may be discontinued at any time. The Ecoescolhas reserves the right to change prices whenever it sees fit. We try that all prices are correct but the order is valid only after processing. When the correct price of a product is larger or smaller than that contained in the order, Ecoescolhas contact the customer to tell you the correct price and this has the possibility to cancel the order before it is sent.

Returns

 In the case of orders sent to the billing or prepaid and sent by courier to the customer's home, the company advises that respects all its obligations under the Decree Law 143/2001, in particular regarding the existence of the right to rescind the contract signed distance enshrined in article 6 which ensures that the consumer has a minimum of 14 days to rescind the contract without penalty and without giving any reason. This standard does not apply to orders raised or any delegation at the headquarters of our company, even though the reservation was made online, and requires full compliance with other conditions of that Dec.Lei. If you are not completely satisfied / with any of your purchases pledge to switch to another product of equal value, lower or higher within 14 days provided that:

- the product in question is defective.If the value is lower, Ecoescolhas undertakes to return the surplus bank transfer or by issuing discount voucher for the same amount as the client prefers. If the client does not want to substitute another product, Ecoescolhas undertakes to return the value of the order, excluding shipping prices, within 3 business days via bank transfer.

The Ecoescolhas lists the full ingredients of all personal care products and cosmetics it sells.

We advise customers to read carefully to make sure they are not allergic to any of the ingredients. If the client has doubts about the products we will strive to fully clarify the client. We do not accept liability in case of an allergic reaction. Keep these products away from children.

In case of accident to occur in accidental ingestion of any product, immediately contact the CIAV (808,250,143), which contains the complete formulations of our products, so that they can advise the best course of action.

Security

All credit card data is processed through the PayPal payment system Ecoescolhas not have access to customer's bank details.
